The school has worldwide recognition, and its study curricula are recognized and supported
by the world pedagogic center of the company Kryolan in Germany (E.U.).
For the past 60 years, Kryolan has been the leader in the manufacture of professional make-up
products.
For the development of its products, the company is assisted by some world-famous make up
artists, among them Mr. Werner Kepler - chief make-up artist for the "World of the Apes"
series, Haso Van Hugo - key make-up artist (Oscar winner) for the film "Name of the Rose",
and many others.
He has been a teacher, educator and instructor of make-up artists, both professionals and
beginners, for many years all over the world, as well as in Israel.
Giora is a graduate of the best schools, seminars and continuing education courses in the
world (France, Germany and the U.S.).
He has participated and continues to participate in unique and prestigious productions in all
the different media: stage, television, cinema, advertising and fashion.
Giora Shavit is the only make-up artist in Israel specializing in effects, sculptural and
robotechnical make-up. He holds professional academic degrees in the following fields:
color theory, plastic art, health systems management and communications.

Upon completing their studies, graduates of the school receive a certificate from Kryolan,
Germany, which confers recognition in Europe and the U.S. of the graduates' professional
ability (subject to the employment laws in each country).
In the course of their studies, the students undertake to participate actively in the productions
and the outside work in which the school takes part. This activity is part of the apprenticeship
which the school requires each student to enter, for professional experience. (Fashion
productions, personal make-up adaptation, TV productions, students' films and stage shows).
The school has extensive connections in all media, which opened many doors (and still does)
for our graduates.
We are proud that a significant number of our graduates have filled many positions in this
country's make-up rooms.
Our school makes use of the personal grant to finance professional training for discharged
soldiers.
